How to get your device repaired?

To request a repair, you have two options:

  • You are in the Ile de France region and want to make the trip: make an appointment and bring your device for repair to our workshop.
  • You are outside the Ile de France region and traveling is not feasible: in this case you can send us your device via Chronopost service so we can repair your device.
Important!
  • If you plan to come to the workshop, it is important to make an appointment before any travel.
  • In the case of a rice cooker repair, make sure your rice cooker is indeed from the brand National or Panasonic.

The appointment steps at the workshop

Below are the different steps for a repair carried out directly at our workshop:

  • Make an appointment using the form below
  • After your appointment is confirmed, bring the device to be repaired to our workshop on the agreed date
  • We will carry out a diagnostic and inform you of the necessary repairs — note that the repair may be completed the same day
  • Once the repair is complete, we will contact you to come pick up your device
